We all do our best to make sure our customers understand the issues that some with our work. Before I even start my jobs I want them to know what could go wrong and to be prepared but likely there will not be any issues. Thanks for the information!

I had to learn the hard way that if you don't explain upfront what the potential problems might be, you run the danger of having a very unsatisfied customer! I try to assure them that the "potential" problems are rarely an issue, but still....

Thank you for the information! There are some many factors that can cause things to go wrong, but even then it's better to take precautions as well as inform the customer of potential issues that don't pertain to cleaning services.
